Custom Plastic Cable Carriers

Dynatect’s Nylatrac® Modular TL carriers operated fully submerged at an entertainment attraction. These custom plastic cable carriers, nested and in a side-mounted configuration, were equipped to handle rotational movement and long travel while containing an extensive cable package. A custom rail clamping system was provided for both ends of the carrier to prevent entanglement and keep over 15 cables aligned with a neutral travel radius. Additionally, Dynatect provided customized locking hubs (black plastic) to ensure cable carrier was inconspicuous under water.

Dynatect’s Nylatrac Modular TL cable carriers conquer tough terrain! This custom-engineered system, pre-filled with cables and spanning nearly 47 feet, was shipped on a custom reel for convenient transportation to various dredging sites.
Application: Dredging/Excavation Equipment for Shipyards

Dynatect produced a custom-engineered hose management solution for several large pressurized water hoses that traversed vertically below a circular lift platform. Ample space and strength were provided via a custom modular plastic cable carrier outfitted with window extender bars. This system also included a manifold box – pressure tested in house by Dynatect – and a custom PVC guide trough. Custom black hubs were provided for inconspicuous use inside a casino’s performance area.
