TSC Series Modular Cable Carriers

The TSC series is a medium-size plastic carrier with a 2.3″ (58 mm) link height and a modular design with a wide variety of crossbar options and accessories. Excellent for both industrial and robotics.

  • Inner Height:  1.52″ – 1.65″ (39 – 42 mm) depending on bar style
  • Curve Heights:  8.2″ – 29.86″ (208 – 758 mm)

Weight Load Chart

  • Find the weight you want to put in the cable carrier on the left side of the chart (additional load).
  • Then follow that row across until you get to the maximum unsupported length line.
  • Unsupported length (a.k.a. unsupported span) is the maximum distance possible between the moving end mounting bracket and the topmost link of the curve.
  • For a standard cable carrier mounted with the fixed end at center of travel, this length is 1/2 the system travel + 1 link pitch.
  • This length can be greater or shorter if the fixed end is offset mounted from the center of travel.
  • Using the load chart below, for example: an additional load of 6 lbs./ft can have a maximum unsupported span of 3.9 ft.
