Idler Assembly Location

The Idler assemblies can be mounted off the end of the tank to allow the tank surface to be closed completely. If Idler is over the tank, this will restrict the ability of the tank surface to close completely. For reference drawings, see separate Mounting Considerations worksheet.

Note: The ChemTank Cover requires space on the drive side for the take-up housing. See reference drawings at end for dimensions.

Obstructions: The ChemTank Cover is designed to accommodate side obstructions (such as hoses, piping, agitators) up to 4.5″ high with included riser extrusions. If no obstructions exist, extrusions can be excluded during installation.
