To ensure a smooth ordering process, please review these important details:

• Quote Confirmation: Verify that the quote’s description and dimensions match your requirements. Please note that any design modifications may affect pricing.
• Order Reference: Include Dynatect’s quote number and/or part numbers in your purchase order. Be sure to use “Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc.” as specified for payment processing.
• Purchase Orders: Send all purchase orders to [email protected]. A firm purchase order is required, or you may submit your order via our online order form.
• Delivery: When you send in your purchase order, please confirm if you have a preferred carrier or freight forwarder. Please note, your customs broker will still be responsible for customs, duties, and insurance.
• Sales Tax: Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. is registered to collect sales tax in CA, IN, MN, TX, WA, and WI. For tax-exempt sales in these states, provide a valid exemption or resale certificate.
• Expediting: For expedited orders, please contact your Customer Service Advocate at 262-786-1500 to confirm the best ship date.

For repair service or replacement estimates, Dynatect requires notification in advance in order to receive product. Dynatect will provide an RMA# for tracking your product.
