Dynatect provided a custom urethane formulation that would enhance the grip and improve abrasion resistance. An optimal thickness of urethane was calculated based on the performance demands provided. Performance: 100 surface-feet per minute (~200 rpm), >50 lbs of traction force. Lifetime durability to provide over 3 million surface feet of travel with over 100k direction reversals
