Gortite^® Roll-Up Door Warranty

DYNATECT’S ROLL-UP DOOR WARRANTY* SUMMARY:

The roll-up doors have the following warranties to be free from defects in materials and workmanship:

• Lifetime for the standard spring-loaded roller
• 3 years for all other parts
• 5 years for optional painted finish (free from peeling or blistering)
• 1 year for optional electrical equipment
• Warranties are from date of shipment and apply to the original owner
• Damage due to accidents or external causes are not warranted

 

DYNATECT’S ROLL-UP DOOR WARRANTY* DETAILS:

Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. warrants its Gortite® Roll Up Doors will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of shipment. The spring-loaded roller carries a lifetime warranty. This warranty is in effect, providing the doors were installed in accordance with the installation manual instructions, regular maintenance and service is performed in accordance with the cleaning and maintenance instructions, and the doors operate under conditions of normal use. All parts, with the exception of electronic equipment (which are warranted for 1 year) are covered under this warranty to the original owner. On painted doors, painted finish shall be warranted for five years from peeling or blistering. Damage due to accidents or external causes is not warranted.

This Gortite Door Warranty is specific to standard compartment door applications used on fire trucks, emergency vehicles, service/work trucks, store fronts, and retail kiosks. Gortite roll-up doors supplied integrated within an assembled product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment (all components including finish). Warranty may subject to additional terms if included in an OEM application, and Dynatect requires submission of OEM-to-customer warranty terms for review.
