The TSC series is a modular link plastic carrier. These user-friendly cable carriers may be ordered with a number of options, including snap-open or bolt-in bars and replaceable wear surfaces. The TSC series is excellent for robotics, long travel and heavyduty industrial applications. Standard and universal mounting bracket options are available
Inside Width (A): Several snap-in plastic crossbars are available in fixed cavity widths from 2.18″ to 9.98″. All other crossbar options are customer-specified.
Inner Height (B): 1.52″ to 1.65″ (39 to 42 mm) depending on bar style
Mounting Height (H): 8.2″ to 29.86″ (208 to 758 mm)
How To Create A Part Number:
Model – Bar Style – Bar Width – Height – Separators – Length – Bracket (fixed) – Bracket (moving)
Example: TSC-AF-4.15-140-1-42.24-#1IN-#1IN
⇒ Length = Travel/2 + CL (+ Offset Distance From Center). Length is specified in inches, to two decimals. It is the distance between flanges. Dynatect recommends mounting the stationary end of the carrier at the center of travel, minimizing the required length. In cases where center mounting is not possible, add the distance offset from center to the carrier length calculation.

Cross Bar Styles: – MB = Snap-In Plastic Flat Bar (fixed width)
– RB = Aluminum Round Bar
